University of Arizona OfficersContact UACR Leadership! Executive Board:President Blake Rebling:  | Blake is a senior and second year student at the University of Arizona double majoring in Political Science and Economics with honors. This is his second year in the College Republicans; the first year he served as the Director of Communications. He gave up his original aspirations in computer science soon after the tragic events of September 11th, 2001 because he saw that liberty, democracy, and the principles of a free market were at risk. When he is not working on the College Republicans or his class work (which is seldom) he enjoys running, hiking, sailing and a host of other activities.

Vice President Michael Sistak: | Mike is a junior in his second year at the University of Arizona, having spent his freshman year at Mesa Community College. This is Mike's second year with the College Republicans; from 2005 to 2006 he served as the chapter Secretary. Mike is studying Political Science with a minor in History and focusing specifically on the developments of post-communist nations in Eastern Europe and their adoption of democracy. After college Mike hopes to make his way out to D.C. doing political work and someday to be an elected official. Mike is also the 1st Vice Chairman of the State Board. |  |
Treasurer Brad Burns:  | Brad is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and History at the University of Arizona. This is his second year as a member of College Republicans and his first year as an officer. He plans to focus his studies on armed conflict and the crafting of national policy. When not working on schoolwork or College Republican issues, Brad evenly splits his time between working for the student government (ASUA) and utterly vanquishing Blake at a multitude of video game endeavors. |
Secretary Laura Donovan: | Laura is a freshman at the University of Arizona majoring in Creative Writing and considering double majoring in Communication. This is her first year in the College Republicans, although she was very active with her high school Young Republicans club, Student Government and Track and Field team. Laura has wanted to be a writer ever since she could read, so she decided on the University of Arizona based on their highly acclaimed Creative Writing program. Besides publishing non-fiction and fiction someday, Laura would like to be a social worker and attend Law School. |  |
Historian Mayra Santiago: | Mayra is a sophomore majoring in Elementary Education with minors in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Arizona. This is her first year of involvement in the College Republicans. She plans to travel all over the world visiting museums and other historical sites as well as eating a variety of food on her summers off from teaching. When she is not doing schoolwork, attending meetings, tutoring at the local junior high school or working she likes to spend time with her friends and family, watch sports, cook, make craft projects and read every good book she can get her hands on. |
Director of Membership Brice McCoy: | Brice is a sophomore majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. Born in California and raised in Pennsylvania, he has volunteered on campaigns in both Pennsylvania and Arizona. Though he served as Vice President of his high school's Model United Nations club for two years, Brice is no friend of the U.N. He considers himself a conservative before a Republican, but a Republican nonetheless. Among his favorite conservative thinkers are William F. Buckley and Barry M. Goldwater. Brice enjoys hiking and watching the History Channel in his free time. |  |
Director of Communication Sara Badgley:  | Sara Pat is a University of Arizona sophomore majoring in Family Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies. The subjects of her IDS major is political science, journalism, and communication which all fit well in to her position of director of communication for college republicans. Sara Pat is actively involved on campus with UATV, KAMP Student Radio Conservative Talk Show host, ASUA, Young Life, and Arizona Blue Chip. It is in all that she does that she is able to proudly show people that she bleeds RED!

Director of Social Activities Rachael Suddarth: | Rachael is a doctoral candidate in the Speech and Hearing Sciences Department. Her major area of emphasis is child language disorders. Originally from Kansas City, MO, Rachael attended college in Kirksville, MO where she served as Executive Director for the Bulldog Party, a grassroots organization that lobbied for increased students rights on college campuses and increased funding for higher education. Rachael graduated with her BS in Communication Disorders and her MA in Communication Disorders from Truman State University. Rachael is nationally certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Rachael has been married to Tim Suddarth for 3 years and is in Tucson for school and to plant a church -Damascus Road. This is Rachael's first year at Arizona and first year as an Arizona College Republican. |  |
